More Updating Of Website To Dos To Dos To Done

Finally gotten around to enlarging on some more of the to dos on Website To Dos.

Under “Content To Dos”, “Ensure embedded files work” and “Optimise embedded files” have been absorbed into “Check linked and embedded files”.

Under “Web Design To Dos”, “Ensure standards mode” and “Validate code” have become “Follow standards”. “Consider user environment variability” has been expanded under the slight change of title “Allow for visitor environment variability”.

The “Forms To Do” section has been dropped to be replaced by the slightly more generic “Data To Dos”.

Usability and Accessibility will probably remain stubs for a while yet given the size of the topics. Will probably rearrange the non-canonical name redirect entries under “Web Server To Dos” into a general to do about server responses.
